Preparation Technique
Desserts&JOY are made only with the freshest nuts, dried fruits, seeds, fruits and berries.
We choose the freshest ingredients, ground them in a blender and freeze.
To preserve the greatest amount of nutrients we use shock freezing, which allows to preserve up to 100% of all vitamins and minerals!
Our desserts are:
- refined sugar-free
- flour and gluten-free
- lactose-free
- preservatives-free
- non-thertmal processed
Storage conditions
- In the refrigerator at +2 to +7°C – 72 hours since the production date.
- In the freezer at -15 to -20°C – 180 days since the production date.
Desserts are delivered frozen, defrosting time is 1 hour at room temperature.
May contain particles of fruits and nuts.
