Our Apple Cheesecake is like the one you remember from your childhood, that cake which aroma filled the kitchen on Saturday. The one you really wanted to eat right away, but you had to wait a whole fifteen minute of eternity until it cooled down. The one that signaled to you: autumn had just arrived. This cake is exactly the same, but also made with a conscious attitude: without sugar, flour, eggs and lactose.
Preparation Technique
сheesecake&JOY are made only with the freshest nuts, dried fruits, seeds, fruits and berries.
We choose the freshest ingredients, grind them in blender and freeze.
To preserve the greatest amount of nutrients we use shock freezing, which preservs up to 100% of all vitamins and minerals!

- non- thermal processed
Storage conditions
- In the refrigerator at temperature from +2 to +7°C – 72 hours since the production date.
- In the freezer at temperature from-15 to -20°C – 180 days since the production date.
The cake is delivered frozen, defrosting time is 2 hours at room temperature.
May contain stone particles of fruits and nuts.
