If we had to describe the taste of our cherry bar without using adjectives, we would say it’s like a kiss. Yeah, just like a sweet summer night kiss. Or maybe even better, because you can eat it.
Preparation Tecknique
bar&JOY is made only with the freshest nuts, dried fruits, seeds, fruits and berries.
We choose the freshest ingredients, grind them in blender and freeze.
To preserve the greatest amount of nutrients we use shock freezing, which allows to preserve 100% of all vitamins and minerals!
Our desserts are:
- refined sugar-free
- flour and gluten-free
- lactose-free
- preservatives-free
- non-thermal processed
Storage conditions
- In the refrigerator at a temperature from +2 to +7°C – 72 hours since the production date.
- In the freezer at a temperature from-15 to -20°C – 180 days since the production date.
The cake is delivered frozen, defrosting time is 45 minutes at room temperature.
May contain stone particles of fruits and nuts.
